Cancellation Policy
Executive Session Policy 1. Format and Duration Individual executive sessions last approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. They are primarily conducted in person, although they can also be held online via video call, at a pre-arranged time. 2. Focus of Executive Sessions These sessions are designed for entrepreneurs, management teams, administrative and executive teams, and professionals who wish to align their project, business, or professional role with a more conscious approach to leadership and decision-making. They combine strategic clarity, energy, and focus management, and the transformation of internal patterns that influence decision-making, communication, leadership, and relationships within the team or with the project itself. 3. Session Booking Bookings are confirmed upon prepayment or according to the terms of the selected executive package. Once payment is received, a date and time are scheduled, and, for online sessions, access information for the video call is sent. 4. Punctuality We request maximum punctuality, given the nature of executive schedules. 5. Cancellations and Appointment Changes Sessions can be changed or canceled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice will be considered completed sessions and will not be refunded, except in cases of force majeure. Schedule changes are handled via email or WhatsApp. 6. Payments, Packages, and Refunds Session payments are made in advance. If, due to personal reasons or force majeure, I must cancel a session, a new date will be offered, or if this is not possible, a refund will be issued. 7. Scope of Support Executive sessions focus on strategic support, clarity, focus, and internal transformation applied to the professional and business sphere. They do not replace legal, financial, medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. Business and professional decisions resulting from the process are always the responsibility of the individual or organization receiving support. 8. Confidentiality All shared information (personal, professional, or related to the company/project) is treated with strict confidentiality and respect. No data, strategies, or session content are shared with third parties, except when legally required or with explicit written consent.
