Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

ALIVE ALCHEMY SL is the DATA CONTROLLER of the personal data of the USER and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

What do we use your personal data for?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned for processing are:

On what basis can we process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimate under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

• With the USER's consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.

• For the legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER: conducting market studies, statistical analyses, etc., and processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER's request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

They will be retained for no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, or when legal requirements dictate their custody, and when they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or complete destruction of the same.

Who do we share your personal data with?

No communication of personal data to third parties is planned unless necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing contracts required by current privacy regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

The USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely accept that their data is necessary to respond to their request by the provider, with the inclusion of data in other fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is accurate and agrees to communicate any modifications to it.

The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for providing optimal service to the USER. If all data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet their needs.

In accordance with current regulations on personal data protection, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data for which it is responsible, and is manifestly committed to the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER ensures that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the appropriate information for them to exercise these rights.
