Cancellation Policy
General Policy for Individual Sessions (1.5 hours) 1. Format and Duration Individual sessions last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. They are conducted online via video call, or in person if necessary, at a pre-arranged time. 2. Session Booking Each session booking is confirmed upon prepayment. Once payment is received, a date and time are scheduled, and access information for the online session is sent. 3. Punctuality Please connect to the session at the agreed-upon time. We offer a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the schedules of subsequent participants. 4. Cancellations and Appointment Changes You can change or cancel your session with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice will be considered completed sessions, and no refund will be issued, except in cases of force majeure. Schedule changes are handled via email or WhatsApp. 5. Payments and Refunds Session fees are non-refundable unless you notify us in writing 48 hours in advance. 6. Session Expiration Individual sessions must be used within a maximum of one month. 7. Scope of Support Sessions are a space for support, awareness, and personal transformation, and do not replace medical or psychiatric treatment. Responsibility for the decisions and actions in your daily life always rests with you. 8. Confidentiality Everything shared in sessions is treated with confidentiality and respect. Session data and content are not shared with third parties, except when legally required or with explicit written consent. 9. Policy Adjustments and Changes This policy may be updated or adjusted over time to improve the service. Any significant changes will be clearly communicated before implementation.
